I am planning to grow my own forest with mango (kilimookku, salem gundu, badami, banganapalli, alphonso, neelam, rumani), banana (cevvazhai, karpuravalli, pachai, elakki, kilichundan), guava, pala, madulai, jamun, sapota, sitapalam, cashew, nelli, taandri, kadukkai, coconut, neem, vaada, agatti, murungai, medicinal herbs, sandalwood, teak, mahogany, tamarind, pungam, puvarasu, banyan, date palm, other rare trees in the locality, lots of flowers and bees to collect the honey (!), millets (ragi, tinai, samai), rice and veggies. And oh I forgot, I hope to get a cow as well. And some palm trees for nongu and pana vellam though that promises to be a long term project.
